Due to rising healthcare costs and the need to maintain the quality of our services, we will be adjusting our pricing structure effective January 1st, 2025. This update allows us to enhance the coverage and benefits that you’ve come to rely on, ensuring that you continue to receive the best care possible.

Your revised premium will be reflected in your next billing cycle starting in January 2025.
