PAYMENTS:

Cash or cheque payment: Please visit the Standard Chartered Bank branch at Centro Mall in Kabulonga to deposit into our account, quoting the reference details shared on your renewal quote or sales invoice. Once a payment has been made, please send proof of payment (POP) to your SES Account Manager or email POP to: memberships@ses-unisure.com.

Debit or credit card payment: Please contact your SES Account Manager.

CLAIMS:

Soft copies of claims: These can be sent directly to payandclaim@ses-unisure.com. A copy of the SES member reimbursement claim form can also be found on our website: www.ses-unisure.com.

Physical/hard copies of claims: These need to be dropped off at our head office in Lilayi (corner Kafue Rd and Mahogany Drive, Lilayi, Lusaka).

MEMBERSHIP CARDS AND POLICY DOCUMENTS:

These can be dropped off at a location of your choice by Macspeedy’s or can be collected from our Head Office in Lilayi. Please contact your SES Account Manager to specify where you would like your documentation sent, or email us on memberships@ses-unisure.com.

SALES ENQUIRIES:

Anyone can visit the SES head office during office hours for sales enquiries without prior appointment. If you prefer, the sales team can also arrange to meet you at a convenient time and location of your choice. MEMBERSHIP ENQUIRIES:

All membership enquires for existing customers can be directed to memberships@ses-unisure.com or your SES Account Manager.

MEDICAL SUPPLIES:

Please liaise directly with the SES Medical Operations team (on 737 or +260 96 274 0300) for any medical or pharmaceutical support that was previously received from the Kabulonga office.

PARAMEDIC RESPONSE:

SES will be maintaining a paramedic response unit in the Kabulonga area to attend to emergencies for our Lusaka East clientele. If you have a medical emergency, please contact us on 737 or +260 96 274 0300.
